Looking for a Local Search?
Use the American Fork street directory for an address chain, the American Fork city directory page for historical collections, and the American Fork resident lookup page for a one-person workflow. A request under Utah's Government Records Access and Management Act, or GRAMA, should identify the department and describe the existing record, address, person, and date range with reasonable specificity. The city GRAMA form includes inspection or copies, cost-cap, fee-waiver, expedited, and signature fields.
